Married to US citizen in UK - how can we proceed to live in US asap?

Hello everyone :) I would very much appreciate your advice. I am a UK citizen and married my husband, a US citizen, in the UK just over a year ago and we have a 10 month old daughter. My husband is here on a spouse's visa (2 year visa, expires next March) and we have lived here together since we married and now intend to move to the US, hopefully within the next 6 months if possible.
What would be the best and speediest way to move to the US? My daughter is obviously a dual citizen (we intend to register her birth next month at the US Embassy in London) but I think I will probably not be so easy?
I would very much appreciate your advice, thank you very much
Rachel :)
PS Is it possible/best to get a K3 form here and then go to US to continue application there?
 :)

First, register your child ASAP at the US embassy, is not matter what is your situation right now. Your husband need to show proof of his citizenship.

Second, you will like to check at www.uscis.gov and ask at the Consulate what to do. It is kind of different when both of you are living outside the US. He needs to petition for you as a spouse but he must have an address and residency in the US to do so. There other several factors plus the residency, he or a joint sponsor can agree to sponsor you (must have residency in the US) and show that make more than 125% of the poverty level, but from the US not from the UK.

Good luck,

I have seen some cases where the couple came back into the US. The non-citizen on a visa (B or waiver) and then once in the US filed for AOS and it worked. It is risky and you run into the possibility of being denied or asked for a waiver, but it has worked. Would I do it? No. I would go the marriage visa route.
