Hi there,
I recently married my wife in December of last year and was wondering if someone could help me out. She crossed here illegally partley by my own fault. We went to Mexico last year to visit some family and on her way back we were stopped at the boarder and they broke her visa because she only had a "visitors visa" and was suppossedly living here. Well she made it back here, got engaged, and married. now I am stuck on what to do. She will not go back to Mexico to wait for her visa and is depressed here because she can't work. I did how ever get her a ITIN car that has the same amount and looks like the numbers needed for a SSN, but she can't use that to work, right? I need help. If anyone knows of any "loop holes" we can go through please let me know!
