In both the cases I have to leave the country, am gonna go ask the judge for voluntary departure…now the problem is that I don’t have passport would they let me go without the passport to my country of origin or not can I leave the USA on voluntary departure without having passport or if in case I have the passport and I did not show it to immigration from the beginning..
And what if I have the passport but the particular passport having visa of other country and I did not told about that to immigration can I still use that passport. CAN I ?plz help me with this….

I understand your situation. I was in your place once and I can understand the hardship you are going through. I advice you to continue to seek help! I was told by an immigration lawyer the same thing. I know what it's like to hear "He will NEVER EVER be able to come here legally! EVER!" I too was told we should go back, except the lady told it to me this way. "You can either leave him and find someone else or move with him to his country and hope someday something can be done for him". It's unfair to US citizens who fall in love with undocumented immigrants. I do not know the whole details of your situation, but I do suggest you continue to look. After that lady told us that, I looked around and was able to find someone who was able to help my husband with his paper work. He is now a legal resident working on his citizenship. Don't give up and don't despair. You just might be going to the wrong people who are just looking at the lining of your wallet and not at your hearts desires.
