I Am A U.s Citizen Born In Texas, Married To An Illegal Immigrant From El Salvador, Is There Anything I Can Do To Help Adjust His Status. Please Can Someone Help.

Duh! you need to file for him ASAP , you can do itself or get an attorney to do it which will cost you approx 2K , you need to file I-140/I-485 so he can be in Ajustment of Status stage to avoid any pproblems with deportation Etc.
