married to a u.s citizen !! help!!!

hi i been with my wife since feb. 9, 2008 and we starded we the process of inat the end of that year but we didnt recive her first interview untill august 3, 2010 and it when good they didnt ask my wife that many things and also our lawyer told us that when she had her interview for her to talk only english unless they tell her somthing else because she was brought at age 10 or 11. then at pur first interview they had change a law where they didnt take my wifes incometax so we needed to find a cosigner and take the forms back to the juarez councel. then after we found a cosigner we gave them the forms and a month later i got my second interviewn and it when good they also dint ask many questions then thet had change the law again where now they send you a respond by dhl a month later when before you will get it in a few days. so after a month past we recieved the package on dhl saying that we neede more profu on me soferring because my wife is in mexico, then it took about two months to get more evidence and proof that was in november and in january inmigracion send me a letter saying that they had move my wifes paper work to anahin california and so far we havent recive anything and we have a 4 year old daughter that has asthmas and has stomach problems...please if yall can help me i will really apriciated im despret i need some hope!!
