I got married to my wife who was a GC two years ago while I was already working on H1B . Now she has become a citizen and i am applying for a change of status from H1 to GC myself. I have a few questions
1. Should I be applying as a person who got married in US as I don't need any Consular processing. But my marriage certificate is from abroad.
2. For affidavit of support. I am the one who is working . My wife doesn't work. I should be signing it myself ??
