Both my husband and I are college students, with low income. My husband made money less than the poverty level last year ( ~$11,500) . The poverty level is $ 18,387 and $ 4,775 (for household of 2). Considering this situation, we have the following questions for filling in the I -864 form.
1) How much money does he has to have in this bank account to show that he can sponsor me?
2) In case we can’t manage the above amount what could be our options for poor married students? (except than joint sponsorship)
