Married.. now the questions...

I'm a US citizen who just got married to a chinese woman who is here on a student visa. We are now trying to figure out what all we need to do to get her permanent residence status. I've downloaded most of the forms, but I have some questions now.

1) Do we need to file an I-485 Supplement-A form? What is it for?

2) Which form is the correct one to file for an EAD while I-485 is pending? Is it the I-765?

3) I was thinking we needed to file an I-131 form so that she could leave the country and return, but when I was reading it, I came across the following:

Advance Parole Document - An advance parole
document is issued solely to authorize the temporary parole
of a person into the United States. The document may be
accepted by a transportation company in lieu of a visa as an
authorization for the holder to travel to the United States.
An advance parole document is not issued to serve in place
of any required passport.

Advance parole is an extraordinary measure used sparingly
to bring an otherwise inadmissible alien to the United States
for a temporary period of time due to a compelling
emergency. Advance parole cannot be used to circumvent
the normal visa issuing procedures and is not a means to
bypass delays in visa issuance.

NOTE: If you are in the United States and wish to travel
abroad, you do not need to apply for advance parole if both
conditions described below in numbers 1 and 2 are met:

1. You are in one of the following nonimmigrant categories:
a. An H-1, temporary worker, or H-4, spouse or child of
an H-1; or

b. An L-1, intracompany transferee, or L-2, spouse or
child of an L-1; or

c. A K-3, spouse, or K-4, child, of a U.S. citizen; or

d. A V-2, spouse, or V-3, child, of a lawful permanent
resident; and

2. A Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent
Residence or Adjust Status, was filed on your behalf and
is pending with the CIS.

Now I'm not sure if she fits any of those categories. The only one that sounds possible is the spouse category, but I'm not sure if just being married is enough to fit that category. What document does she need to have in order to get back into the country?

Please help! Thanks!
