Hi,

I recently got married and my wife works in a different city.
We are going to file for AOS.
I wanted to know if our licing separately is going to cauze unnecessary delays in the AOS process.

My wife is currently on F-1/EAD and she will be filing for H1 in February.

We were told that INS might delay your application and ask for additional documents to prove your marriage.
So, we are thinking about her moving back and living with me so that we can prove that our marriage is bona-fide.

Please advise.

Use your address as the common address for both of you. Also she can list her address as a temporary address in the biography form.
We were in the same situation and this was suggested to us by the lawyer.
