So the marriage cert you submitted for her F2 in 1/2010 is dated 5/2008.
That is what they have on the system. (also they have you as married for your F1 in 11/2008)
My 2c.....its effectively a DUD case !
Do not take the risk, no point in blaming yourself either. BUT

Not a bad idea to talk to a lawyer and see what they think.

actually i didn't submit anything cause they didn't ask me about the marriage certificate at the interview on the embassy, but they ask my wife when we got married and she answered on 05/2008

ok if i did AOS alone what will happen to my wife's visa? ( F2 )
 
Doesn't make a difference, alone or together....you will be denied. DV rules are very clear.
F2 depend on the validity of F1.
If your AoS is denied, your F1 is also in trble, so is F2.

Talk to a good lawyer my friend, it is very risky to proceed on your own or depending on the forum advise.
Lawyers 'may' have or see a way around which many in this forum do not!

Only way I could see is taking chances by defrauding, with a fraud marriage cert. thinking they will NOT see/check earlier records. Highly risky, IO s are smarter than what you think they are.
I highly advise you against it, choice is yours.

Or just go with the staus quo, alone, cross your fingers and be lucky or face the consequences, again choice is yours.
In any case, pl, TALK TO AN IMM. LAWYER!!

Yeah...go talk to a lawyer, they know the in s and out s of the system, may be you will be on to something, and may be the money well spent.
DO NOT GIVE UP HOPES JUST 'COS PPL IN THIS FORUM ARE SKEPTICAL about your case, we may all be wrong !
