Good Night everyone I have a question that I would like to ask anyone who has had an experience with the same case as me. My question is about my husband, I marry him in September 30, 2006 and his brother is a us citizen and put in an I-130 in the 2001. Now that I marry him I then put reapplied for an I-130 under my name as a US citizen. Can I put in an I-485, or I-765 for him or do I have to wait for an approval or what??? PLEASE HELP I AM 
. He enter the country illegally his bother became a us citizen and filled out the I-130 in the 2000. Can the section 245(i) still apply to him or not.
