Guys,

I Married a USC in INDIA and came back to US on f1 visa. Would it be problem when I apply for gc as marrying a USC could be construyed as an intet for immigration.

It gives you lot of details about the intent question.

The easiest thing will be to come back on F1 and dont show the marriage in India. Come back to US and get married here using 30/60/90 rule and then file the GC...
