My sister and her husband meet about fours years ago and right after they meet he was deported to mexico. well he had come back to the states since then well they got married about two years ago and have two babies. They went and paid all the attorney fees and stuff to get him legal and got a phone call to come and get his final papers. Well when he got there they arrested him on the spot and now he has been deported again and this time they told him if they caught him in the states again within the next ten years he would go to the pen. Does this mean that all the time and money they invested was a waste of time. Is there anyway to go ahead and get him legal they are married now. Is there anyone out there that might have information on where to go and check into this. I would be every so thankful to you for anykind of help you may have.

Did your sisters husband enter the US without permission? i.e. after being deported? If so he has no chance to remain in the US. His attorney should have told this the very first time.

I dont really know if he can come back for the next 10 yrs. Unless they can file a waiver based on extreme hardship to his USC spouse and children.
