Marriage with permanent resident and AOS from f1

Hi. I just obtained greencard thru Diversity visa lottery (thanks to @Sm1smom). I am planning to get married soon. My soon to be spouse is in F1, graduating in 2024 May and her OPT will expire around 2025 May. My questions.

1) Should I be looking at f2A category in visa bulletin for priority date?
2) The filing date in bulletin is current but final date in bulletin is not current. Can I file for I-130 and i-1485, I 765 in same application package? Kindly advise.
3) Does USCIS take action on i485 and i765 only after i130 is approved?

For the purposes of whether AOS (I-485) can be filed, you need to refer to USCIS's chart. Currently, F2A of any priority date can file I-485, which means I-130 and I-485 can be filed together, or I-485 can be filed while I-130 is pending. I-765 for EAD and I-131 for Advance Parole can be filed, both for free, together with I-485. The EAD/AP do not depend on the I-130 being approved.

I have kind of similar question and luckily found this thread. I got my green card in May through AOS. My boyfriend is in US currently with OPT, he graduated two months ago. If we decide to get married do we need to travel to our countries or we can get married in the US. Not sure how this process works. We have been together for 2 years and want to move further.

1. After marriage I can file I-130 for him and do AOS?
2. How long approx it takes for partners of green card holders to receive their green card?
3. Is there anything like the visa bulletin to direct when are the time periods to file?

1. currently, yes
2. Hard to say. Maybe a year or more
3. Whether I-485 can be filed in a given month is determined by USCIS's chart
