Maybe yes, maybe no. Are you in the US legally? If yes, how much longer is your current legal status? How long until this person is eligible for citizenship, and do they plan to apply for citizenship as soon as they qualify?
She has the GC for about 6 years. I just found out that if she is a citizen it is much faster. My visa expired few years ago, so that does not help. Thank you
