Marriage to US citizen

I got married to US citizen and we want to start a paperwork. my question is - can I send forms separate or do I have to send everything in once? Thanks

Process goes much smoother and faster if you send everything at once.

If your spouse is already in the US, you want to send everything together for the fastest service, otherwise you can just send the I-130 if you are planning on going with CP or K-3.

Agreed (send everything together). But attach separate checks/money orders for every form. Though you can send a single check/money order, I found it better if you seperate the payment per application form.

There is only 2 payments:

One for the i-130 and one for the i-485 (includes the EAD and AP)
