Hi,
I am not sure if this is a right thread but since I believe many US citizen might have the same experience so I am posting it here...
I will be a US citizen in couple of months and soon going to marry. I know the wait period after applying for spouse visa based on marriage to US Citizen only varies from 5-8 months but I want to bring my spouse right after the marriage along with me. What is the best method ? Student Visa ? Fiancee Visa ? Will it cause any problems in adjusting her status here later ? Please advise. I will really appreciate any help/advise on this matter.
