hi,
i'm in process of marrying a girl who is on H1 here, myself i filed for my 485 in dec'2004(PD 12/2002). My question is that can i bring her on my 485 without her losing her H1 status and also will her name change(last name) have any impact on her processing .
would really appreciate if someone can help me out.
