I am on F1 OPT, and my company is filing for my H1 in April 2007. However, I got legally married in California on March 24th.( My husband holds an H1 visa).
My Question is:
1. Do I need to change my status to "Married" in my H1 application that I signed and delivered to my company on March 16th?
2. What will happen if I don't? I don't want to delay the filing, and my company's lawyers are SLOW!
Please advise!!!
