marriage to dependant less than 2 years

I have seen some posts which say that if marriage is less than 2 or three years old then this results in interview and finally the dependant spouse gets a CPR (Conditional Permanent resident) card and conditions are removed after 2 years

Has any person encountered this

if u got married less than three years from the approval date u get interview

does any one have any experience about this

i do not think so.. a lot of guys add their wives at stage 485 and got approved without interview
even when their marriage was much less than 2 years.
this could be true for family based case, but probably not for EB.
