Marriage to asylee

Hi all,

Im new to this, great forum. I have a question and any feedback is much appreciated. My g/f currently holds a status of an asylee and in a year will be applying for a GC. When we get married, will I be able to obtain an asylee status via her? I am currently on a worker visa in the states. Thank you

No. She can submit a petition for you only after getting GC. It will take a while for USCIS to process it though.
