marriage to a B1 visa holder

Hi,

Here is my issue.

I have my Labour certification, EAD, I-140 application already approved. I have done with my fingerprinting also. My I-485 application is pending which was filed on oct. 28 2003.

I am planning to get married to a girl who is on B1 visa and her status is valid till April 16 2005.

Please suggest what and how can we both get married so that i can add her name to my adjustment of status application.

I am thinking of getting a marriage license and then add her name to my adjustment of status application and sponser her H4 but i am not sure if i can do that or not.

Please help!!!!

You can apply H4 and I-485 for her as soon as you get marriage license. All these this things should happen before April 16.

If she stays here without applying H4 after April -16 you will have unnecessary problem.

So do it fast. Otherwise marry her send back before expiry date. Bring back on H4 apply AOS.
