Hi,
I am on OPT and applied for H1 which is expected to start from october 2006.
My girlfriend is in India and she visited me in march 2006 on B1 Visa.I want to marry her and bring her here on h1 dependent visa.
So,is it possible to call her here in coming september(if B1 visa can marry OPT guy while her visit) and get married in united states court.After that she can apply for dependent visa on the basis of marriage certificate from united states and come back here.
