Marriage notification?

When i came in USA on F1 status i was unmarried. My H1-B status just started before couple of days and currently my statius is married. Is there any procedure which i am suppose to follow to inform INS that i am amrried or is there anythinf i am suppose to do regarding this matter.
Plz reply me ASAP about this matter as wife is going for her H4 visa next week.

Moreover do u think s u i dont have H1-B visa stamp but i do have an approval, will it be a problem for her?
