Friends, I got my GC a few weeks ago. I am going to be soon getting married. My to be spouse is working on a H-1B visa with a company. I have a few questions.
1] Can I sponsor her for GC. How long will it take to come.
2] If we get married, and I file her GC paperwork, will she be legal in USA if she loses her job and consequently H-1B status.
3] In Scenario 2 above will she be able to travel to India.
