Marriage Evidence

INS Neb asked me to send evidence of marriage such as lease, bank account info.... Anyone knows if I can send it directly to INS? I need to release my lawyer to do that. Has anyone done this before? Any issues if I release my lawyer? Thanks for your input.

You can send this but it is always better if you atleast show everything to lawyer. WHo knows if you have missed something.

If you got an RFE, it would come with a specially tagged reply envelope.
You should make sure that the response is sent in that reply envelope - this will ensure that the response gets tagged to your case.

If you have an attorney, he/she must have gotten the RFE and its better they send the docs using the reply envelope. That way, like mydearcard said, they can also check these docs before sending to uscis.
