hello

regrding birth certificate i got affidavits for missing info thanks to the web site

now my marriage certificate has only my paretns and my hubby parents first names , last names are not there ,

but our names both my hubby and mine full complete names are there

should we need affidavit in our case also just for parents last nmaes or not needed??????

Help regarding the marriage certificate

I'm in the same situation too.
In our marriage certificate, my husband's name and my name are in "first name last name" format.
But out parents names are in " initial.first name" format.

1) Should we get an affidavit for our marriage certificate?
2) Also can we get the affidavit from our parents?
3) Also in the affidavit, should our parents name match the name in our passport
(or)
the name in their passport.
4) My passport has only my parents first name and no initials and no last
name.Just the first name.
But my parents name is in "first name last name" format in my parents
passport.
So what should I do?
