Hi, Should I enclose our marriage certificate and tax transcript with the N-400 application? Or can I save them for the interview time? Please let me know ASAP.

You should include a copy of your marriage certificate and also your tax transcripts for the last 3 years when you submit your N400 (if married and basing your application on marriage).

Read the Guide to Naturalization document which will give you the list of what to include (starts on pg.52)

If you are applying based on marriage, then inlclude these documents. otherwise you don't need to send them.
Hope that help.

As Sams68 said, you should include marriage certificate ONLY IF you are applying on the basis of you marriage to a US citizen. Otherwise (like under the category of 5 years of being lawful permanent resident), this is totally unnecessary.
