Marriage - can spouse visit using previous multiple-entry visa while GC processing?

He lives in US as lawful permanent resident (Green Card) for 5+ years, no plans to get Citizenship far as i know.
If he marries girl from another country, who already has multiple-entry tourist visa obtained long back, can girl safely visit USA after marriage multiple times until Green Card is processed, as long as she returns before the visa expires each time ?
 
You can visit as long as you are planning to visit and then leave. You cannot enter on visitor visa with a plan to filing Adjustment of Status while there. As always, they may or may not allow you entry.
