Marriage between 2 international students

Hi, we are 2 international students currently on our OPT, and would like to get married. What would be the changes with regard to the INS / the OPT and the I 20.

Nothing. Since both of you will continue to be in F1/OPT status, nothing changes.

Thanks for the reply, do we have to send our OPT and I 20 and visa for name change once my fiancee decides to change her last name, or will it be simpler to just keep the last name the same. do we need to also advise the INS about the change in status ?
