I am presently on F1. I am married to USC. My I-130 was approved in April 2010. I applied for I 485, I 765 and I 131 in May 2010. I have received my case number. My F1 visa is till July 15. And also I dont want to continue F1 as the school is charging hjeavy fees for continuation of the F1 status.
My questions are
1. Can I discontinue my F1 status by anymeans as I am presently enrolled in some unnecessary course just to continue F1 status? If so what is the way out?
2.Will there be any problem if my interview is after July 15 because my F1 Visa is upto July 15 only?
