Dear board contributors,
I married my wife in 1992 just before she got jewish refugee status and immigrated to US. We have not been together since then.
One year ago we decided to live together. My five (US citizen currently) filled all necessary forms and I recently received the package with documents and forms that should be presented to US embassy for interview.
My questions are:
1)Is there is time limit for collecting of those necessary for interview documents?
2) How long does it take for interview to be assigned after all documents are collected and sent to embassy?
3) Shoud the fact that we had not been living together for 11 years have impact on the consul's decision?
4) What is the time of validity of immigation visa? Should it be used during the same year when interview took place?;
5) What kind of GC will I get if our marriage is 12 years old (conditional or unconditional)?
Thank you very much for your time!
