i'm married to a us citizen, i'm out of status since 2000,i was subject to special registration (male from morocco 23),i never registered because i would have been deported.
i'm trying to apply for adjustment of status, am i going to get in trouble because i didn't register ? what should i do? what is if nessessary the best reason i could prove i didn't register willfully?
i was treated for tb for 6 months in late 2002 and then surprisinly i had to go to ER twice by the time the second round of registration was on and i have documentation for that, some advice please thank you.
