Marriage and I485 Retrogression Issue, HELP!

I Had a few concerns about marriage and I485 now that we are retrogressed.

I am working on my EAD with my I485 pending since 11/17/03 & PD 10/01
I changed employers using AC21 and no longer have my H1B valid.
Now If I get married to a girl from India, I was curious about finding out my options of bring her here and filing for her I-485 and getting her an EAD as well.
Can i even file her I-485 and apply for an EAD with the current retrogression dates if the girl manages to come in with a B1 or an F1 visa?
MY guess is I have to wait till the dates become current once again...?

Just curious if should go ahead and get married , it might be too long a wait if my Pd doesnt come for another 3-4 years.

Looking forward to some advice...

To bring her here Either You have to get back to H1B or She has to come here on H1B. She may not get F1 or B1. Even she comes here she has to stay on that visa until your priority date becomes current then she can apply for the I-485/EAD.

To get back to H1 or to get her H1 you need to wait until next year October

Other option is go through FTJ route for dependents.

But that requires your I-485 approval. And, that takes another 6 months after primary GC approval.
