I am currently in I1485 stage and i am going for finger print at the end of the Jan 2005. And i am still not married.I am planning to marray with in Feb 2005. If i my green gets approved after my marriage day while i am in india, will my spouse eligible for following-to join category. If so, What are all the documents are needed for this and where should i be applying this?. Guys i will appericiate if you could provide your valuable advise.
