I am planning to get married in January 2007. I am on my 6th year of H1B and my LC (non-RIR, PD:07/18/2003) is at the Philadelphia BEC. My fiance is also working in US on H1B visa. Her PERM application got cleared last week (PD: 09/27/2006). I have a few questions.
1. Can she add me on her application before filing her I-140? Do we have to be married prior to her doing that? Is it possible to postpone her I-140 filling till after the wedding?
2. Can I do the same if mine gets out of BEC?
3. Are there any problems in running multiple applications?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
