My Citizenship is due in Dec for employeement based green card holder. I am a divorcee and planning to marry in month of Nov.

What is the best way to bring my wife to US.

1) should I put my new marriage details in the application. ( Will they create issue if We dont file i-130) and file for immigration after Oath.
2) Or donot put new marriage details and call wife on K1 visa after citizenship.
3) Should I file I130 for wife before applying for Citizenhip.

Which is best solution.

You do not have a choice in the matter. It is #1. If you are already married, you have to state it in N-400. Anything else is misrepresentation, and you are liable for its consequence.

When you say "citizenship due in December" I assume you mean thats when you'll be submitting your N-400?

Since the natz process can be rather open-ended time wise (especially if you get stuck in namecheck) I'd recommend you get married whenever you feel is appropriate, and start the I-130 as an LPR. You can upgrade the petition once you take the oath and become a USC.

I have submitted my N400 and done with Fingerprinting. I am about to get married soon, preferably before the Interview. In the interview, I am planning on mentioning that thats the only change in my application. Will this affect the approval of my case?

Make sure you "execute" your "plan", because the consequences of not doing so is equivalent to lying to the immigration officer.
