My friend wants to file his 140 & 485 concurrently now.
He is planning to get married in 6 months,
1)is it advaisable for him to file both 140 & 485 concurrently.
2) first file 140 and get married and file 485 together with his spouse.
3) He desperately need EAD because of present employment status.
