Marriage after GreenCard

Hello,

This could be one of the most frequently asked questions on this site. I am in the same boat too.

I recently got my ADIT Stamped in my passport. Now I am legally a permanent resident since June 7 2002. This happened while I was planning for my marriage. I didn't want to delay my green card processing given this bad economic situation.

Now my question is, how can I bring my spouse if I get married to someone in India who doesn't have any other kind of visa.
She could probably get F-1 or H-1 but is any other way to bring her over here ?

Please suggest me all possibilities and alternatives so I can choose one among them.

I am in the same boat...but the only diff is that I have to get the Finger printing done. I have delayed it once.& they gave me 84 days extension. I dont know if i can delay it further..

Looks like one should get married before the 485...but the mkt was bad last year that i filed it in dec..dont know what to do
