Marriage after Green Card

I just recently got my Green Card 2 months back and I am planning to marry soon.

Is there a fast track process for the girl to come to US instead of the regular 3-4 year wait? or

Could I apply for US citizenship through the fast track process (if it exists)?

If she is qualified, she can apply for H1B visa which allow dual intents.
Is she wants to apply for F-1 visa, she should do it before you marry her.
Otherwise she will be declined for F-1 for having intent to immigrate

When she come to USA on non-immigrant visa. and you filed for her GC petiion, she is on her own to maintain her status until visa number is available

which is not an option for you since you plan to marry a girl who
is not a US citizen. (2) Join the military and you can file for citizenship in one year.

Merely being in the military is not enough. You have to be deployed to active duty to take advantage of the fast-track citizenship.
