Marriage after Green Card

Hi All,

I have following questions.

- What happens if a Green Card holder gets married to
India citizen who don't have any visa (no h1 or b1 or f1)?

- Can she join him if she takes some higher studying apply F1 or getting US job in H1. Can she joins husband while her GC is being processed.

Is your question...."how to bring the spouse of a green card holder ?" - then, thru seperate visa (like H1, L1 etc). If you apply for her GC at the consulate if might end up taking 4-5 years.
