You can use AC21 and join some other company and continue AOS if your I-485 was pending for more tha 180 days.
You can file follow to join CP for your wife, so you can bring your wife when your GC is approved.
Otherwise you can bring your wife using H visa or L visa and file AOS after landing in US, since H and L visa are dual intent.
