Dear Gurus,
I am currently working on L1 visa with AOS Pending. I also
have EAD/AP but haven't used them so far. I am getting
married soon. Can I apply for I-485 on my wife's behalf
after she enters US on L2 visa ?
Also, I plan to work on EAD after filing her AOS application
as my L1 visa is expiring in few months. Can this pose any problems later on if she travels out of US on AP ?
