Marriage after applying for AOS

I filed my AOS on Mar-01.
I used AP to go to Indian and got married on Nov-01. Is it required to inform INS at the port of entry that I am married or wait till my AOS is approved and add spouse\'s name for her AOS
Please advise

You should add your spouse while you are in AOS (by filing intent to join) so that she also gets the Green Card with you. If you add her after your approval, it would be too late and she would have tough time getting to US.

You have used AP to travel, hope you can get her a visa to come to US too. If you were on H1, she could have easily gotten H4 (or may be she still can get H4 even now)
