Market Reserch Analyst and TN
Hi all,
I am a market research analyst. This profession is not on the TN occupation list. I've looked into my options, but none seem appealing.
-> Go under TN "management consultant".
-I need to be hired by a consulting firm (e.g. Ipsos, Harris Interactive) so that is very limiting.
-Category under high scrutiny, I could very well be denied.
-Will require a contract position. All job postings I have seen have been for permanent positions.
->H1B under "market researcher"
-Needs sponsorhip, annoying for potential employers.
-Limited number of H1B visas issued.
Is there anything I haven't thought about?
I have a Masters degree in sociology with lots of statistics courses, an undergrad certificate in Marketing Research, and five years of experience.
