Marital Status Misinformation

I am having problem of "Marital Status Misinformation".
When I came to Canada,I did not disclose marital status information. (noone asked...and I did not say)...

They caught me when I applied for my spouse immigration. Now They are back to me and started giving hard time about "Why you did not disclose Marital Status Information?"

Please guide me if anyone is knowing about this situation or tell me about best lawyer in town...Toronto/Scarborough.

You did the right thing to come to Canada first, its easier to handle thing from within Canada.

How long were you married when you landed in Canada?

You could have easily made new marriage documents, with current dates if you had no children.

As you have already disclosed your marriage, I suggest you go to a good lawyer for assistance.
