As you may have seen already..the March bulletin is out..

it is interesting to note this:
VISA AVAILABILITY DURING THE COMING MONTHS

Employment-based: Cut-off date movement in several categories during recent months has been greater than originally expected. This is because demand by Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) offices for adjustment of status cases has been much less than anticipated. Advancement of the cut-off dates at this time should prevent a situation late in the fiscal year where there are large amounts of numbers available but not enough time to use them. !!!!!!!

Thanks for posting March bulletin...Feeling little happy to see cut off dates for Eb3 India...

I140/I485 Oct. 8 , 2004
I140 approved = Feb. 18, 2005
I485 approved date == ???????? LUD changed May4, 2005 after FP, Lud changed July 1, 2005, July 5,2005.
FP = May3, 2005 (code 3)
EAD1 RD = Oct. 8,2004 Approved November 10,2004
AP1 RD = Oct. 8,2004 Approved November 16,2004
EAD2 RD = Sep. 1,2005 Approved September 8,2005
AP2 RD = Sep. 1,2005 Approved September 9,2005

Thank you for the info. I tried several times today and all I got was February 2006. I even tried just now and I still get February not March.
I'm pretty sad because I thought the EB3 Worldwide was going to move somewhat better than the last bulletins. If it continues at this pace (15 days per month/per visa bulletin) Many of us won't be approved till 2008!!! Very sad news for the rest of the world...

The cutoff dates for EB3 India was June 2002 in July 2005 when the annual quota had been used up. 245i cases were pending at that time too. I don't see any rhyme or reason why the cutoff dates for EB3 India was taken back to historical dates when the fiscal year began in October 2005 :mad:

If DOS had any logic, EB3 India should have moved atleast to June 2002.

Looking at the EB3 world wide dates, I have a strong feeling the anti-immigration lobby has a strong hold in DOS. They want to make sure that the annual quota of employment based green cards are not used up this year :mad:

Based on USCIS prediction "Advancement of the cut-off dates at this time should prevent a situation late in the fiscal year where there are large amounts of numbers available but not enough time to use them"..I am hoping that USCIS would probably start approving cases faster. I do now know why they have been sleeping after retrogressing pretty much all categories for India and China and suddenly realizing this now!! This system sucks and it cannot get any worst :eek:

Guys and Gals,

The movement is encouraging. It falls in line with what I seem to think is going on. If interested, please read the following thread for more insight into visa movements.

We should see good movement all the way upto Oct 06. EB3 world will become current before then. I have a strong feeling. EB3 India will move into 2002.

1 year movement looks good and encouraging..

Now the time comes for April 2001.
Lets see how fast it crosses APRIL 2001 nightmare.

somehow i feel that by this year end the dates will move to > 2003.

lets pray it happens faster than that.

My PD is 14 April 2002 EB3 India.
Saras - I know your prediction and analysis power I respect. Can you tell me when my time will come? Is there any chance PD for EB3 India show April 02 in this year 2006?

If you compare the last three Visa Bulleting you will find out that in February India moved 6 mos and in March 1 year.

if they keep the same pace:

March might be 01JUN01

April might be 01JUN02

This is only a prediction, and please do not harbor any hopes on it.

Dont worry. kriskish. You will get it your card soon. I know howmuch you struggle for 140. I was also in the same stage that time. Will pray God for get that card. :)
 
Hello everybody. I was very sad to see the results of the new bulletin (for us worldwide, it's not moving much) But I am very happy for all of you EB3 India, and wish many of you get your approvals soon.

Hi, Have you called TSC lately? With your PD being current and processing time on 08/2005 you have the right to know what's going on!

You might get an ASC biometrics appointment soon or maybe, better : an approval letter soon!
