March I140 filer, all got results?

As the processing time issued by VSC last month for E11 (Extraordinary Ability) is March 22, I want to know if anyone whose ND is earlier than March 22 and who has not got his results yet.
 
Mine is 3/8, still nothing. My lawyer called VSC and was told that they are actually working on 2/27, and their first priority is homeland security right now!!

I'm not surprised even though this contradicts the time that is posted on the INS website for processing times for I-140 and EAD. And I have seen several people who have received approvals for dates after 2/27/2002.

Unfortunately, I have not received any approvals / denial yet for I-140 and EAD.

I 140 RD is March 6th....got RFE on OCT 10th....waiting for the approval. How long does it take s for approval after submitting the necessary docc. for RFE...?
