March EB1 I140

Hi Skusa,

u r getting frustrated with 160 days. Just a friendly advise. dont get that frustrated as this can just be a longer wait than u expect. I am currently at 219th day. Guess VSC needs some mathematician. VM still says 90-180 days and am way ahead of that. guess they donno how to change it or know how to calculate it. JK. anywayzz just wanted to update all I140 guys - hope all of u get things approved soon.

agree to be patient but this silence and slow process is killing, still long way for the gc.....,yes they should update the systems and also start atcing fast!!!!,

These are my absolute wild estimates of the patterns I'm seeing at VSC (all referenced w.r.to the processing date of I-140 for EB-3)

EB-2 (Masters) : 2-3 weeks after (EB-3)
EB-1 (OR): 4-5 weeks after (EB-3)
EB-1 (EA): 6-8 weeks after (EB-3)

EB-2 NIW: no one knows .. at least 10 weeks behind (EB-3)



Again - just my little WILD guess.
