March case 02138.. approved without RFE

I checked just now.Our case has been approved. I am so excited I can't even type...
There was NO RFE
All of you check your case status...

We have tickets for India tommorow and today I485 was approved. Obviously we don't have our passports stamped ..

Is it safe to go to India with I485 approved but with no stamp on passport??

Please reply ASAP..TIA
 
If you have tomorrow .. go and get the passports stamped!!
Or even better go today with your tickets and explain teh situation.

Else you could take a chance with AP but I wouldn't suggest that.

What was the last update date for your applications yesterday ? Are you a AC21 case .. if yes did you proactively send all teh info?

you have to stamp your passports before leaving the country. Your Advance Parole documents will not work anymore and there is no way you can stamp the Form I-551 in a US Consulate abroad. Stamp the passports before leaving.

Our FP had expired and we redid our FP in jan04.
It was an Ac21 case and we DIDNOT inform BCIS

If your flight scheduled to leave tomorrow night. You should get your passport stamped before leaving. I know it is too late to get the stamp on your passport today. It must be exciting to you to see the approval and to visit India. Good luck!
